Description
The Three Models of Legal Ethics course relates to legal subjects directly relevant to members of the State Bar and has significant current professional and practical content because the article presents a picture of each of the three theoretical models – autonomy, socialist, and deontological – and indicates how they differ from one another in their application to aspects of attorney-client confidentiality and professional ethics. The course additionally addresses and discusses the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, Model Code, and the Lawyers’ Code of Conduct.
